Problem with an Order?

If something is wrong with an order you placed through the ASC Publications Store, please let us know.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Please complete this form. Indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.

Are you missing an item?

Generally, we will not ship an order unless all of the items are available in our inventory. If you do not receive all the items in your order, please let us know by using this form. If it is in stock, we will send you the missing item right away with no additional shipping or handling charges.

Did you receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please let us know by using this form. Indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement sent to you. If the item is in stock, we will send it to you right away with no additional shipping or handling charges.

Wondering where your order is?

If you have not yet received your order and want to check its status, click on the "your account" button on the main menu bar. After you log in to your account, you will see your account history, which will display the status of any orders you have placed.

Please note that if you choose to pay via invoice and check, or if you are claiming tax-exempt status, your order will not be shipped until we've received a copy of your invoice, payment and/or proof of tax-exempt status.
